Q: I am from Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Rep- why my country Is not listed on registration form?
A: Because we do not ship for those counties, maybe I future it will change but meanwhile you cannot register- it is for your safety.
Q: How long should I wait for account activation?
A: Normally all accounts will be activated within 24 hours, during weekend activation process may takes up to 48hours.
Q: I filled in registration form few days ago but my account has not been activated yet.
A: It means that your account won’t be activated. There may be a lot of reasons- do not ask us why!
Q: My colleague from US got an account but I did not? Why?
A: Because! Please, do not ask us about reasons. We can assure you that all applications are threated fair.
Q: Why you did not activate my account?
A: We can activate only few US customers daily.
